As a product designer, I worked on various projects and was mostly responsible for the product requirement documents, UI design, and end-to-end UX.

What does JobTestPrep do?

A division of “Machon Noam”, was initiated to provide job seekers with the resources to adequately prepare for their upcoming interviews and psychometry exams. focused in the American and UK market.

Fitting In

Most of the work is based on psychological and cognitive studies, therefore, the design and the user experience had to be handled delicately. In some projects, the experience is simple and easy, in some projects, the experience can be intentionally stressful.

Arctic Shores

The product
‍A set of 8 minimal games in the form of assessment tests. The tests evaluate potential employees' cognitive ability and personality characteristics

The challenges
‍Creating the games with minimal visual elements to prevent the user's cognitive load and maximize the experience's simplicity

‍was to create games with minimal visual elements. In this project, I took one step further with the design, The design is a bit more confident and engaging compared to the previous product.

The product
‍A huge table with English words, explanation and more, that should first and foremost prepare the user for the AMIR & AMIRAM tests. (a test of English knowledge, used by academic institutions)

The goal
‍was to gather every English word in one location. It needs to be as practical and simple to get to as possible. To arrange the words and data in one place during the process, we chose to create a large table that contains every parameter of the words. The table scrolls indefinitely. The mission was to put together a product that required support for multiple languages.

‍Before receiving any training, a candidate taking a computerized pre-employment test is evaluated to determine their fundamental skills and abilities if they receive a position as a public safety dispatcher or call taker.
The mission was to give the users a multitasking - under pressure experience.

The solution
‍Was to make a short scrolling table with condensed content and low saturated colors, in order to put a stressful effect on the candidates.

Inspiration
‍I was inspired by the outdated design of Windows 95.
